Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide, and shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout once you select the destination country and delivery method. Throughout the year we run promotions and discounts, so it is worth following our special offers, such as FREE worldwide shipping. International shipping rates are calculated according to your country and the delivery rules that apply there.

How long does an order take?

Delivery time varies depending on the country. It consists of two parts:

1. Order processing — the time needed to prepare the order for shipping. This usually takes 24–48 hours (excluding weekends) to pack and hand the order over to the courier. Shipping time is estimated and counted from the date of dispatch, not from the date the order was placed. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. Don't worry if there are no tracking updates within the first 24 hours — the system sometimes needs about a day to update.

2. Delivery time — the time needed to receive the order after it has been dispatched. Standard delivery to Europe, the USA, Australia, New Zealand and Canada takes 3–9 business days, but it all depends on your location and the warehouse we ship from.

Delivery times may vary because some products are held in a warehouse in the EU and some in the USA and China. In case of a high number of orders, our manufacturer may ship the product directly from its facility. In such a situation, customs duty, tax or a customs fee may be charged. Guerdigo is not responsible for customs duties and taxes charged on your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are borne by the buyer. If the warehouse nearest to you does not have the product in stock, we ship from the nearest available warehouse.

Pre-order products

Please note that if you buy a pre-order product and an in-stock product in one order, both products will be shipped together once the entire order is ready to ship from our warehouse.

Incorrect address

If the courier company is unable to verify the address, we will send you an e-mail asking you to confirm the address after the order is placed. We are not responsible for an incorrect delivery address after the order has been dispatched.

When an order returns to our warehouse and you want us to ship it again, the cost of re-shipping is borne by the buyer.
